5 of 5 Bayonet Lug Equipped Tavor is an Issue April 28, 2014

The TMF is a nicely manufactured addition to the Tavor, however it only works with the 16" model without the bayonet lug as the head of most weapon flashlights will not fit.  When I received the TMF and read the first sentence of the instructions I realized it was not designed for the 18" model with the bayonet lug (which I own).  I contacted Bullpup Armory while they were attending the 2014 NRA Convention in Indianapolis.  A shipping label was e-mailed to me that day even though they were away from their home office and I was able to return the product for the use of someone lucky enough to own the 16" model.  Gear Head Works is in the process of modifying their design to work with the bayonet lug and I eagerly await the opportunity to obtain one.  I can't thank the folks at Bullpup Armory enough for their outstanding customer service and will go to them future accessories for my Tavor.

I was lucky enough to place my order while these were in stock.  This is a great replacement item allowing one to install a light or a laser directly under the barrel of the rifle.  Perfect fit and high quality workmanship make this a great item to have.

I ordered the Gear Head Works TMF from Bullpup Armory - the transaction was simple, the price was the best I could find, and it arrived at my house on time. Great experience all around.  BTW - love love love the TMF!

Most most expensive part of the Modular Forearm is the 1 inch flashlight "center cap holder"  If you use Surefire M series lights it is not needed, but this also leaves the forend a little unfinished looking. I feel I paid for half the stuff I dont need.
