First of all i had issues with my bank. I tried to place the order and it got declined twice because of a typo on the banks side. I had e-mailed concearned i would be receiving two kits not just one on a sunday morning expecting no response. To my amazement i got a response about an hour later... ON A SUNDAY!! Super helpful and tracking was a breeze. The product was awesome and really turns heads. I can carry my mossberg sideways through a hallway without threat of hitting the walls and did not lose any operating accuracy with the conversion. It is a little bulkier in the wide department than just the regular 500hd but in my opinion was a quality upgrade for a great price.

I will be doing more shopping in the future based on the customer service alone

I ordered the Mossberg 500 kit, and I will admit I had one missing screw for the back plate. I emailed Bullpup Armory who contacted Bullpup Unlimited and the owner of Bullpup Unlimited called me on my cell phone and apologized and sent the screw out asap. This is the best customer service I ever had. I will be ordering more kits in the future. The kit is also pretty bad ass much smaller size.. You guys are pretty badass. Thanks again.
