Service was great. One suggestion, when sending metal magazines together, put some padding around them. The plastic sleeve only protects them so much. Marks towards the bottoms of the mags where the base plates were contacting the adjacent mag.

I was delighted to get an email that the 9mm conversion magazines were available. These mags are rather difficult to find; as is the conversion kit itself. I was happy with the product and the price.

I placed my order for Tavor 9mm magazines and in a matter of days I had my magazines. The order process was quick. The communication was amazing, letting me know they received my order, were processing my order and had shipped my order. That's what I call great customer service.
