They fit my zk-22 with no modification at all. Put a flashlight on the left rail and a green lazer on the right rail. Sighted in the lazer in five shots at 20 yards. The rails hold tight and have not loosened up awesome product at an awesome price as are all magpul products thanks magpul

The rails fit perfectly. I purchased 2 so I could use both sides of ZK-22. The rails look alot better than empty screw holes
